Project Description
PSP (Photography Services Platform) is a centralized operational platform designed to streamline how modern photography studios manage events, teams, workflows, and image processing.
The photography industry still relies heavily on fragmented systems such as spreadsheets, messaging groups, shared drives, and manual coordination. Managing multiple events, assigning photographers, tracking attendance, organizing image uploads, and handling post-production workflows often creates operational inefficiencies, delays, and workflow confusion.
PSP was built to solve these challenges by providing a unified platform that manages the complete lifecycle of photography operations — from studio setup and event scheduling to image storage and AI-assisted processing.
The platform introduces structured workflows, role-based access, centralized event management, and scalable image handling specifically designed for photography businesses of all sizes.
Core Features
Studio & Team Management
PSP provides a centralized studio management system where admins can configure studio profiles, manage team members, and onboard freelance photographers for specific engagements.
Role-Based User Architecture
The platform supports three structured user roles:
- Studio Admins
- Studio Members (Managers/Photographers)
- Freelance Photographers
This role structure ensures clean permissions and operational clarity across teams.
Event Creation & Scheduling
Events act as the primary operational unit within the platform. Admins can create events with metadata such as:
- Event type
- Date & location
- Requirements
- Team assignments
Attendance & Completion Tracking
Assigned team members can mark attendance, update shoot progress, and track completion status directly within the platform, creating a reliable operational audit trail.
Event-Linked Image Management
Images are uploaded directly against event records, creating structured image storage linked to each photography engagement and eliminating folder-level confusion.
Freelance Photographer Integration
Studios can onboard freelance photographers for individual events without permanently expanding the internal studio roster.
