At APSI Technologies, we developed DriveMynt, a centralized Driving School Management System designed to streamline and digitize the daily operations of driving academies.
Traditional driving schools often depend on fragmented workflows involving spreadsheets, manual scheduling, paper-based attendance, phone-call coordination, and disconnected payment tracking. DriveMynt was built to replace these operational inefficiencies with a unified platform that enables structured workflow management across administrators, instructors, and students.
The platform consists of:
- Admin Web Application
- Instructor Mobile Application
- Student Mobile Application
The admin platform acts as the operational control center where enrolments, schedules, instructors, batches, payments, and training workflows are managed centrally. Instructor and student applications provide role-based access to relevant schedules, attendance, progress tracking, and training activities.
DriveMynt was designed not as a reporting system, but as an operational workflow engine that actively manages scheduling, enrolments, validations, attendance, document tracking, and financial processes in real time.
